We’re tapping a fresh new Hazy at the shop and you can also catch us out and about at the Bay Area Brew Fest is the Presidio AND we’ll have beer pouring at the @ipa10k in Sebastopol for all you runners out there! In honor of #worldwaterday last week we made a little field trip to visit the source of our main ingredient💧 We’re grateful to get to brew with some of the best water in the world. The soft water that results from snowmelt running off the Sierra granite helps us make some bomb ass beer and it’s perfect for those crispy Pilsners that we get to serve to you beautiful people. Thank you @yosemitenps @mysfpuc for taking care of our resources!

💕We love lagers💕 Tonight 2/14, 4pm We have 4 lagers on the board tonight, and we’re excited to debut Tropics Pils. With @berkeley_yeast we brewed our flagship Pilsner but subbed out our standard lager yeast for their thiolized Chill Tropics lager yeast. They performed some kind of magic on this strain and the result is huge pear, guava, mango, and passion fruit flavor and aromas that jump out of the glass. It is truly surprising that these beers came from the same recipe. Come try both side by side and see for yourself! @alodrinksbrews will be in the house to regale you of how this yeast was developed and what they’re up to next over at Berkeley Yeast.

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves! It’s our debut @sfbeerweek and we’re gonna do it right. 👩‍🚀🚀 We’re Jesse and Cam, the duo behind Enterprise. It’s not just us, we have a whole damn village holding us up. Jesse slings the beers at our shop at 1150 Howard St and the kegs out in the streets of San Francisco. He hails from the middle of America and will welcome you like family in our taproom. He’s the unofficial off duty mayor of the Mission, emeritus. Jesse’s been slinging kegs in town for a while now and he’s got the jorts to prove it. Cam brews the beer, cleans the kegs, and shines the tanks. Cam’s first batch of beer fermented in an Outer Richmond closet in college (go @usfca dons). He got his start in the industry more than a decade ago filling bottles and scrubbing drains (xo @hangar24brewing , @gordonbierschbrewco , @standarddeviantbrewing et al.) and loves every minute he gets to make beer for the people of San Francisco and beyond.
